Man i need help finding a good manufacturer online make my product

Hi everyone. I have a clothingline in its process to success. And i need to of my logo's advertised. I need a manufacturer that is very good at putting my desing on my shirt and my hat. If anyone has information please help i will be very thankful for this.

Hi Josh,

Are you planning to embroider or screen print on your merchandise?

Also, what geographic area are you looking in for a vendor? Finally, are you looking for a manufacturer that will manage your inventory and drop ship for you, or just someone to product your items and sell them to you wholesale?

All of these should help people on the forums here in offering suggestions.

Hi Steve,

I live in Victoria, British Columbia and as like Josh I too have a manufacturing question and you seem quite knowledgable on the subject.

How would I go about finding a manufacturer to build (produce) my product.? Do I find a manufacturer that builds "Like" products? How do all the material come together for the end result.?

I believe I am probably looking for a manufacturer that will product my items and sell them to me wholesale? Wouldn't this be more cost effective than the later you mentioned re: manage my inventory and drop ship for me.

Josh, you could look into a used Tajima machine (embroidery) these are plentiful and could be found relatively cheaply. They can be set up in a garage or basement. Most are programmable via computer software. Otherwise, there are lots of small companies doing this logo type work.

get out the yellow pages for "advertising & promotional products", "silk screening", "printing" and also "embroidery". Call ALL of them. You'll finally stumble across the 1 company that not only does the work for 90% of the rest, but in one case, I found the only guy in the world who did what I was looking for. Then search the Internet. Sometimes, you have to search 1,000s of companies for the right one. The Thomas Directory also helps.
