Non Profit - Finding Board Members and Leadership Hints

I've started a non profit that will be based in San Francisco with operations in all of Africa.

I've posted opportunities for new board members; does anyone here know of another site to find board members?

Also, does anyone have any suggestions on leadership and/or management mediums (tape, books, sites)?
