Restaurant Consultant Looking for Investor 300k - Historic Downtown Long Beach, Ca

Hello All,

Looking for Investor interested in a restaurant/entertainment center in historic downtown Long Beach, Ca. 9,000 sqft planned for three venues under one roof. Single kitchen serves all venues. Three separate bars ($$$$) to bring income and 4,000 sqft of entertainment space.

300k investment will garner better results and more ENJOYMENT than ANY bank product or Wall Street product available.

Christopher, what is the 300K for ?I know several people in the Long Beach area who are always looking for a good opportunity.

Hi Joseph,

The 300k is for a profit sharing position, this will cover start up and construction costs. Of the three venues, two need minimal construction (45 days) while the third needs (90 days).
We would offer 10% of profits monthly with a minimum payment of 2,800 dollars, (300k @ 12% for 10 years) a month, up until the 300k plus interest (12%) for 10 years totaling 336,000 dollars, is repaid, which ever comes first.
