Property available for new business

I have an un-used property that was previously a scrap processing business. There are 3 warehouses, one with loading docks and a floor scale, and a small office. I am looking for a partner or business opportunity to start. The location would be great for warehouse, distribution, fulfillment or dropship location for existing business needing a new location.
