Financing a business

I am looking for assistance in growing my existing business. This is a plumbing business. Established now for over three years with much more experience. Working in several areas of the trade; new residential, new commercial and service, I am finding it necessary to grow. However, it is necessary to restructure or reorganize in order to do so.

Talking, about growing your business, and restructuring there are couple of things you could do.

1. You need to perform SWOT analysis.
a. S: Identify your strengthen
b. W: Identify your weaknessess
c: O: Identify your opportunities
d: T: Identify your threats
2.Identify your key competitors in the same business in your area of operation or region. What are your core compentencies that can make your a unique one from the others?
3. While tidentifying your SWOT do that in concert with your internal and external environment.

4.You need to make your vision, mission, and strategy more pointed with no vaqueness.
5. Identify your vison?
6. Identify mission
7. Then your "strategy" to get to your vision.

Now customers are the key component to all these. So you need to develop efficient customer relationship management tool. In a way that will be satisfy your customers needs/wants. Make them feel not to leave you to another plumber. How do you that? 1. Through product quality or your service as a plumber. Do you peform quality plumbing that everyone in your neighbor might ignor other plumbers to come to you even if your service charge is greater than other competitors? 2. Through cost leadership strategy like Wall-Mart to target certain non-affluent population.3. You also develop product differentiaiton strategy, and your public relation management skills must be friendly.Hire the best human minds, and practice open door policy with your employees.

There are many funding companies out there that use your credit card processing to purchase future business and to repay the fund allocated for you plus their fee. Some have quit recently, so you have to be careful. These companies will require some information from your business, like four to six months credit card statements, bank statements, etc. Their fees are generally based on your credibility, your ability to pay, your credit score, and how long you have been in business.
