Go to the library and get a marketing book, or hire a firm depending on your budget. I run a small business in PA, and recently I have been reading about marketing and what various ways there are to do it. Even surfing the web can spark an idea or two.

How about listing in the yellow pages on the internet,i found them to be reasonable,the next one would be to find local organizations to spread your services,idea cafe on the internet would be a good place to post your add too

Have you tried any of the top business services platforms? If you haven't, drop me a line and I'll furnish you my list. I utilize many professional freelancers including some that produce ancillary materials for business plans such as additional financials and presentation materials/models. Found them on those platforms specific to professionals services like yours.
