Need private investor for successful franchise!

I am currently an owner in a very successful franchise in Southern California. Start up cost for a turn key retail location is $80,000 - $100,000 as I do not incur any franchise fees or royalties (I am grandfathered into the agreements prior to it becoming a franchise). I can comfortably come in with about $40,000 - $50,000 for the start up cost, and I am looking for an investor for the remaining start up cost. Please respond for more info.

How long have you been in business at your current location? Depending on time in business it is possible for us to get you approved for working capitol loan which you could then use for your new purchase without having to take on another partner. If this interests you please feel free to email me jasona@amerifund.cc and i would welcome the opportunity to help you out
