Hello Barry, Fortunately I have been able to provide access to capital for several entrepreneurs and I am able to work on deals without the need to charge up-front fees. Of course this also means that I am very selective in choosing the deals that I work on.

I simply need to know who needs funding, for what, and where. It is my professional responsibility to determine what kind of funding and where these funds are available. The important considerations; does the deal make since, and since I don't charge up - front fees,
