Looking for Investor and Partner

I am seeking for investor who like to invest huge cash for higher return and with low risk.I looking for 500,000 to 600,000 thousand dollar to purchase a cable tv operator. The company is able to offer internet and voip services but due old hardware equipment it only offer cable tv. I make a list of hardware it need to offer this type off services to it new and existing customer.I am willing to give 60-70% of share and profit back to investor.
