Hi, i have an investment you might be interested in, but first let me tell you a little about myself. My name is Jake, I am 20 years old. I got married in August, and have a baby on the way. I started out at The University of Tennessee to be an engineer, but i recently changed my mind, moved home, changed colleges and got married. I have lived with my grandparents all of my life in Bristol, Tennessee. My grandfather is a very successful business man, owning his first business at 19. He has opened a total of 23 businesses in his live with most of them very successful. My grandfather and I are very close, and i have always wanted to follow in his footsteps. I have worked with my grandfather all of my life, and helped him with some of his businesses. My grandfather bought a swim club about 8 years ago, with 9 acres of land. Some of that land was not being used, and i convinced him to open a Paintball Field. He decided to do it and after it got rolling employed me as the manager. I ran both fields, the proshop, and refereed the games. I eventually started up a traveling paintball 5man team. I was on this team and ran the field for 3 years until college. (As i mentioned i went to UT) I quickly got on the UT team. I was on the UT team for 2 years where we went to multiple events. We even made it to Nationals. Why am i telling you all of this? Throughout my Paintball experience i have ran a field, and seen MANY other top of the line fields. My grandfather closed his field and is currently building condos on that land. It did good but he couldnt run it after i left. Condos would make him more anyway. So as you could guess i am interested in opening a Paintball Field and Shop. I love the sport of paintball, and when i went to work i wanted to be there, unlike some of my other jobs. I am confident that i can make a paintball field work. I have made a business plan, talked with the city, checked on insurance, looked at land, and have come up with a startup cost. I am leaning towards an indoor field. In our area it gets fairly cold in the winter, and an indoor field would make it better for play. I basically need the startup cost to open up, which should be about 15,000 for the indoor field. Thank you for taking the time to look at my situation. Please help. Im looking forward to your response. Email me at jmorri36@gmail.com
Thanks
Jake
