Seeking Private Investor or Equity Partner to fund SFH Rentals So Cal High ROI

We need an Equity Partner or a Private Investor to fund our real estate project here in southern California. The goal is to purchase 200+ single family homes below market value, rehab them, and lease them. You would have full control in accepting or rejecting each home. Our only real need is in the funding not the labor or management, however we are flexible with your level of participation. There is approximately 50%/mo profit from received income, a 5%+/yr appreciation, and a 20%-40% ARV. We will be flexible in setting up the terms of this venture. We are anxious and motivaed to get in now while the market is in our favor. The areas we will pursue are already showing Q2 & Q3 increases.
