What if you can't find start-up funding?

Hello all,
My name is Dan, I’m trying to start my own Home based business. Unfortunately, I am one of the 95% of people that the financial district calls unworthy for financial help. The other day however, I was presented with the opportunity to build my starting capital, at no upfront cost except for the time investment, to me through CitiTrader.com. Does this sound like a great idea for people in my position or what?
They gave me a link to help me get started please check them out. www.cititrader.com

Thanks,
Dan

Hmm. If the interest rates aren't outrageous, then maybe. Although I looked at that site and it doesn't have a clear-cut way of knowing what the terms are. I'm in a similar situation where I need capital try and get to a moving franchise up and running. And they are a bit more transparent with the financial terms.
