Brad, I'm a little ways from MN but, I believe my question will be relevant. I am launching a home maintenance service with three levels of a contract standard) 12 monthly inspections on a home w/ a small hourly charge over 1 hr per visit. gold) same as standard w/ 4 hours of service per month then after that there would be a call charge and hourly charge platinum) 12 monthly inspections 6 hours of service no call charge and 1 free emergency call. On each monthly inspection we will make any small repairs needed (not to exceed package time per month) give an estimate or referral on large repairs, and complete an inspection of the whole home about 70 items. We will be a one call does it all type service utilizing well rounded profressional handy type people :) Currently I am selling this service to the gov. and plan to launch to the public in the fall of this year. My question for you is how to approach the realtor market and if you think they would be able to use my service. I know that agents are always looking for someone for small repairs and are not sure who to call, they may not own the property but have an interest in the condition of the property. Any comments you may have will be appreciated,
Regards
