Entrepreneur Magazine sues companies that contain the word Entrepreneur in it? Ridiculous?

According to the article in this week's business week, a few companies have been sued by Entrepreneur Magazine because their company name contained the word Entrepreneur! I check in the USPTO trademark database, Entrepreneurology had their trademark and still receives cease-and-desist letter from EMI...An attorney with the corporate law firm Latham & Watkins informed Entrepreneurology that EMI owns the U.S. trademark for the word "entrepreneur." What are your thoughts after reading the article and searches in USPTO?

Entrepreneur magazine is nothing but a shill for franchises. I used to have a subscription and the only worthwhile page in the mag is Guy Kawasaki.

Stunning. I don't subscribe; maybe others shouldn't, either.
