Massachusetts Independent Contracting Law

Hi, is anyone familar with this law? I want to contract my services out to a call center who deals with agents all over the US, except for massachusetts. its so employees get their fair benefits and to make sure employers arent trying to get out of paying their employees benefits, by having them contract independently. anyway, the call center said no, they dont do business in Ma, but if I want to become incorporated i am welcome to do that. Well, I would like to do that, I cant seem to get a straight answer from different sites and people I have talked to. So i am confused on some issues. If I become an SMLLC, will I be considered Incorporated? I have been told both yes and no from different people. I hope so because it is my understanding that i will get double tax from a c corporation, and an LLC would be a better thing for me

Some states have very stringent independent contract laws and will work better as a b2b opportunity.
Think about S-Corporation as well.
