I run a small online Marketing Firm. I am willing to pay sales agents 50% of the initial sale and 10% for the lifetime of the client.

Hi - Have you considered hiring associates from other countries? They are called Virtual Assistants and they can help you with anything. I started my own agency on them and I think they can really help you.
