Looking to Purchase a Business in the Northeast

Hello All-
I am looking to purchase or partner up with a business in the Northeast, preferably near Boston. Will consider all opportunities but it must be partially owner financed. I am well educated, have great credit, have over 15 years corporate and small business experience, and have great references.
