Selling My Business Near Philadelphia, PA

I started a business two years ago and it has gained popularity around the area. It is a Mail/Shipping/Parcel Center. It offers almost all the services that a usual Fedex/Kinkos does offer.
In addition, it offers cell phone and internet services. I worked hard to build up this business. But currently family commitments would not allow me devout up to 40 hours weekly to run it and I dont want to see it close down.

I am looking to sell it. It has prospects for other services such as check cashing and many more ideas that you can think of.
