Good afternoon, Celisa:
Being a small business owner can be challenging and perplexing at times. And, the economy still isn't as healthy as any of us would like.
First, have you taken a good look at how you are attracting clients/customers right now? What has worked in the past? Do most of your new people come to you because of positive word-of-mouth from existing clients? What types of advertising and promotion has worked? What about your website, email marketing, Facebook?
Second, what are your goals for your business? Do you have minimum amount of gross income and net income that you'd like to attain? How much time are you willing to spend working each week? Do you want to sell the business down the road?
Third, have you written down a short business summary (or business plan) that can help you manage the pressures you face and the opportunities that might open up to you? Write the questions and concerns you have, so you can work on finding answers and solutions.

Regarding taking on a business partner, it's probably best to have clearly in mind where your business is now, and where you plan to go in your business, before recruiting a partner. You may find it is more enjoyable and satisfying to stay solo. But check with the SCORE experts there in Tennessee to get their input.
Cordially,
John Walden
