Looking for a Web Designer/Developer and SEO Techie to help launch a business. I have the idea, but need a partner... It is basically a mix of Digg, Wikipedia, and a Search Engine

I am looking for an experience partner, ideally in Chicago. The goal of the site is to generate revenue. At first this will be simply through ads, but this will change to a more direct approach as time goes on. It is a user built site, so once it is finished we will not need to be constantly updating the site to keep new content. There is not a site like it out there, I will guarantee that, and it fills a valuable niche that current search engines don't cover
