Need a partner with a great software idea.

Looking for a partner that has a software idea but does not have the capital to create it. The ideal partner would have an idea and the sales and marketing ability and I would provide the technology skills. I have worked in the software development industry for large and small companies and especially in the small companies have seen how profitable selling software applications can be. Because of this I would like your feedback if interested or your ideas of where to find this business relationship.

what are you going to be looking for in terms of ownership? Who will own the software and the development and how would you propose to structure such a relationship?

The terms of ownership would be with the software product and not my business. I am not set in stone on anything and am open minded if the right opportunity arises. I am looking to find 1-2 people who have a good software idea and can get it placed within a business and/or market it. I can take an idea and turn it into a production ready software product. I would be happy to talk with you if you have an idea or any other technology related questions.

We're working on building the business case and doing the research into 3 different ideas right now for software to help Online marketers - think Amazon.com's Online Marketing Director right down to Joe's online store

We've been in business for 5 years and have an existing client base that can help test and validate the ideas
