Seeking Software/Web Developer for small project

I'm looking for someone who can build an unconventional toolbar that will run down the side of my real estate website. Approx. 5in x 1in, (vertically) separated into five 1x1 squares, and a 5in x 2in separated into 10 squares, that pictures could be moved or uploaded into, and the customer could ultimately click on a pic and it would take them to whichever pic (house) they clicked on.

Colors, text, details are not needed for the demo at this time, I just want to know if you can show e a prototype that I can download and view myself.

Please let me know if you can build something like this, or if you have a referral I can

Hi Jason,

To get your project done quickly I would suggest posting this at asp.net. They have a Jobs forum and tons of developers are looking for a quick project and can most likely get it to you within a few hours.
