Adult Turnkey Design Business Looking For Investor / Partner

Hello All,

I own nichesitedesign.com which is an adult turnkey design company so please be warned to not click on link if this could be offensive to you. I am looking to grow the business dramatically and require an investor / partner to do this. The goal in 2 years is to license or franchise out the business. We are unique in this business for we are specifically niche markets that sell very well. This is a work from home business so truly doesn't matter where you live. There are many different ways we can grow this business but first need to obtain investor / partner. Please don't contact us if you are on your last dollar. I know some of you probably are and i feel terrible but business is business and we need to continue to grow.

Any advice would be much appreciated. I am in the states in Philadelphia, Pa.

Best Regards,

JT

Jt, you don't need investors, you need credit lines. You can get over $200k of corporate credit lines, even if you have lousy or no credit now. I do allot of real estate investing and there isn't anything harder to get financing for. I just stopped going after traditional funding once I got my credit lines...and I had/have pretty bad credit...I live in Michigan, and I'm a real estate investor...enough said. I had no problem getting this though and I'm increasing it as I go. There's nothing like the feeling you get when a great deal comes along and you don't need to ask permission (except from my wife/partner) and you don't need to wait for it.

HI Joe,

thanks for responding to my question. I am wondering how best to go about this corporate credit? I have very good credit of about 740 - 760 but have very little credit left on credit cards. not the best way to fund a business. I am currently an LLC.

Best Regards,

JT

My source will use an existing corp if it is a C-, or S-corp. They also can provide an existing corporation for you that is ready to get this credit. This is the best way to go since it takes you to a point where most companies are credit wise at about year 5 or more. I use mine, I have more than one, for both business and real estate investing. Take a look at my blog. It goes into more detail on it, but it really is the only way to go now since the banks are tightening up more and more on all types of funding.

I'm sure you know this, but I figure you're going to need some very specialized marketing based on the content of your product. Your market is there, you just need to "expose yourself" to them efficiently. There is a website I use for education on how to do this called www.automateyourmlmnow.com. I apply all of it to all of my businesses, online or off. Works like a charm. I'm actually writing an eBook on it right now.

Hi Joe,

Thanks for the advice. I will read the resources you have brought to my attention. I have been in business for a while but have been a sole LLC using independent contractors for my design work. I have very good credit but corporate credit is a different story. Should I switch my business status? It sounds as if I should.

Very Much Appreciate Your Time Joe,

Best Regards,

JT

Not necessarily. If you want to pursue the corporate credit you may need to do it from a different company. My source can do that for you. They can get you from "0" to the equal of 5 years for the purposes of corporate credit in about 45 days.

Just wanted to update the online business community that we are now working on our www.turnkeytalk.com blog which is growing very fast. We are receiving some very good constructive feedback which is great and want to thank everyone that has commented. Of course we are still always looking for investors and just wanted to update everyone that we are growing much faster in the last year from our adult turnkey design company and from our Money Making Online Business Opportunity Blog. If there are any business people that have a few bucks to invest with a growing company in a very profitable business drop us a line and lets talk.
