Go to Freelance.com...or state your title like this: "Wanted: Talented Programmer!" Then discuss or give some details of your plans. People are eager to know , so don't keep them hanging...

I need someone who is skilled with web development and protocols. Mostly for backend work so javaScript, php, node.js, and so on but this individual also needs to be equally skilled in objective-c. I've done the freelance thing before but this project isn't going to be easy and most freelancers seem to be looking for a quick in and out project. I'm looking for a 50/50 partner.

Well I'm planning on using a development framework called cappuccino. Forgive me for asking but how strong do you feel your skills are with javascript?
