Mobile Search on Android and Apple iOS

I've been looking closely at these two platforms and the future impact they would have on mobile search. More importantly,(1) Do you believe Siri gives Apple a lead over Google? Also, (2) How might Siri change mobile search behavior? Any feedback and insight would be great! Much Thanks!

Apparently Google considers it a threat

My guess is that since google can tell the source of a search request (from URL referrer and UserAgent : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HTTP_referrer ) that it may taylor results for mobile and minimize it's impact on desktop search.
