A year of free marketing assistance – wouldn’t you jump at the chance?

I purchased my business in February 2010. Although the business had been hit by the recession in 2009 - picture framing is definitely a discretionary income purchase - it was hit even harder at the beginning of 2010. Suddenly, the "conservative" projections in my business plan needed to be reforecast.

AUM had never really done any marketing. The previous owners relied on repeat customers and referrals. It was - and still is - one of the best kept secrets in Denver, but the unique designs and superb craftsmanship have given it a stellar reputation. When customers experience AUM, they tend to stay with us for life.

Actually, Project Rev year 1 is currently going on right now, but year 2 information will be available later this summer/fall. You can follow along with our current participants at www.projectrev.com

Project REV isn't a contest, it's more of a year-long marketing lab designed to help small businesses improve their business, or help them ramp up their marketing.
