Congratulations on stepping out and starting your own company. I am a 20+ year marketing and advertising veteran. I want to encourage you to find a partner that has the same vision for the company as you do. This should be someone that is willing to put some "skin" in the game and will get out into the community and work just as hard as you do to generate new clients.
You would be surprised to know how many stay at home moms are empty-nesters now and how many dedicated workers you can hire on short and long term jobs that are unemployed.
Things you should do:
- Post your company both hiring and expanding on separate craigslist.com ads.
- Register your open positions with your local unemployment commission.
- Network with local church, civic, and community organizations to get your name out there and to meet potential partners.
You also need good company branding like a logo, business cards, and a website. I can help you with those things.
These are a few of my clients:
Hope this helps and feel free to give me anytime at 919-306-1496.
