Rudy Swigart posted a new Looking For Investors Or Partners thread on 2/1/2012

I need a coach, mentor, expert, COO and/or interim CFO to take us to the next level.

Last year I formed two California corporations. One for profit, and one nonprofit. We are completely operating on the nonprofit side and are looking to introduce our product line(s) to the retail channels and begin pursuing business on the for profit side. My business model allows for charitable contributions to be continued through regular sales and consumer interaction. As a result, we provide products to domestic homeless shelters, food banks, substance abuse centers, etc.
The business plan is complete and all legal filings and infrastructure documents are in place. I need a distribution expert that can participate as the COO and/or a savvy interim CFO to guide us to where we need to be.
I'm willing to discuss more with serious individuals. Please feel free to respond here or directly to my personal email: swig1871@hotmail.com
Thanks and have a great day.
Rudy

Thank you Mr. Propsner. I saw your information earlier and sent an email to Mr. Benjamin. Would you like for me to contact you directly through your email as well?
I look forward to hearing from you.

Thank you for your input Mr. Kemper. Our business model is not very traditional to say the least and I haven't given you the entire picture so I can understand your line of questioning. I'll be happy to share more with you if you feel that what we're doing is of interest to you.
Thanks for your time again sir and I look forward to hearing from you.

I agree. I don't mix them at all and they are completely separate entities. We have two accounting teams that keep the books separate as well. Thanks for your good advice and take care. - Rudy Swigart 1 on 2/1/2012
