Investor/partner(s) needed for online educational startup

I have started a company called Wired Owl, LLC (wiredowl.com). Its goal it to create online & mobile applications to assist academic and educational instruction. For example, our first product will be an online simulation of the Constitutional Convention of 1787, where students will be assigned the role of a specific Founding Father, given information on that person and the convention, and then have to interact online to write and vote on their own constitution (I am a history professor). This product is in development, and should be ready for beta testing soon. I have plans for other historical simulations, but hope to develop products in other discisplines, including science and engineering as well as arts & humanities.

As I already have a job, family, and am writing a book, I need help not just financially, but in terms of having someone devote time to helping develop and market new products. I would prefer people with some background in higher or secondary school education. If interested, you can respond via this site or go to wiredowl.com and send an e-mail to the indicated address. Thanks for your consideration.

Matthew,

I am very interested in this remarkable opportunity and have experience with similar ventures. I have recently sold a website that allows students to voice their opinions through editorial style articles. Please send me at Kleyman@USKGlobal.com to speak further.

Micah - not exactly. Much of our product is really a communications platform, whereby students will interact to collaboratively create their own document. In doing so they will role-play historical personas, and be given (and read) historical content, which the collaborative exercise then reinforces.

It sounds like your software is designed for older children and for a different course of study. Sounds good though, don't sound to hard to develop. You should be able to find someone to develop that for next to nothing.
