While there are no sure things, I feel very confident in the business I am in the process of developing. I have entered into a strategic alliance with an industry champion. The demand for this partner's services is so great in their industry niche that they cannot accept developing clients - startups, new eCommerce entries, online sales of less than $2MM. They will only service established clients. We have agreed to develop an alternative "al la carte" service for these smaller potential clients. My company would provide all of the services and work directly with the referrals in addition to developing and servicing my own client pipeline.
I am looking for the seed funding to take this fulltime, the amount is not signicficant and could be structured as equity or a loan depending on the investor.
