Looking for a partner/investor

I own a company that helps people start and operate their very own gym, health club, or fitness center in the US. Revenue is generated from commercial equipment sales, consulting, and marketing. I am looking for a partner/investor who can take care of marketing, social networking, and website maintenance. Investment is $100,000.00. for 20% ownership. Unlimited potential. we must be a good fit.

Leon, I will get straight to the point; if you've been in business over one year and do an annual average revenue of 100k or over. We can assist you. We provide working capital when traditional lending institutions may not. Capital advances from $50,000.00 up to $350,000.00. We will determine how much money you qualify for based on your monthly credit card volume.

Basically, we will purchase a percentage of your future Visa/MasterCard business at a discount in order to receive cash now.

Understanding your time is valuable let first see if we can assist you. I will need your most recent 3 months of merchant statements to confirm the company's capability. My toll-free fax's number is 866 271 1411. Please also feel free to contact me directly at 714 827 7000 X 333.

Look forward to working together,
Dennis Polar

The partner would be basically doing everything or 90% of the work plus he is going to be investing $100k. You might reconsider your offer. He'd better start his own company, pardon.
