In these down times in the Real Estate market properties are historically low. The goal here is to buy these properties, renovate them and either rent them out for a premium because of market demand or to sell them quickly for a large profit. The reason we can sell these properties quickly is because even after we renovate and list the property for sale, we are still listing under market value, driving up interest and offers.
