Need an Investor(s) for a High Growth Model Restaurant Concept Designed to Work in this Economy

I've had this concept shelved for a short spell for a couple of reasons. This is a dual concept with Wings being half of it using National Award Winning Sauces by a company whose owner hails from Upstate NY, a.k.a. "Wing Country."

It is a growth model designed for simplicity in its operational model and capable of being cookie-cuttered rapidly once the initial store or two go up. It also features multiple income streams.

Since it has been shelved, I will have to update the business plan. I thought I would first see if there's any interest out there for investing in a concept with massive growth potential.

An estimate for what the first unit of this would cost from soup-to-nuts is in teh $250-300K range for all brand new equipment. Depending upon what can be gotten from potential landlords, this figure may fall significantly once the details begin to get cemented.

I have no significant collateral beyond the concept, which is not "run of the mill" and which is based on years of experience and due diligence.

The success of this venture does not rest in simply creating a store or two, I will consider it a failure if it does not blossom into a regional chain with national chain potential. It will start in the state of Virginia.

With serious inquiries and non-disclosure agreements the business model will be exposed in stages.

I will be happy to answer any general questions in the meantime.

Most sincerely,

Mark
