Rent-To-Own business seeking $3,000

Hello,

I'm in the planning phase of my rent-to-own business which should launch in a few months. I'm still working on the financial statements with my accountant, and if it looks like it can work, then we're in business. I have my own cash to fund the business. The LLC has already been set up from a previous business venture that went south in 2009. A DBA will be created to operate under a new name.

I don't believe in doing things on impulse. I've been working on this plan since January of this year and still have a few months more of planning until I'm fully ready.

The business plan is very much a rough draft at this time, but it is being worked on as well. I can have one sent to you on request.

I'm seeking no more than $3,000.00 for an unsecured, low interest balloon note, payable in three years after launch. I am not seeking an equity partner.

Here is the thread discussing the idea in more detail. ( http://www.partnerup.com/Forum/000001/Starting-a-business/Starting-Rent-2d-To-2d-Own-niche-business/211449/ )

If you have further questions, feel free to find me on google+ ( https://plus.google.com/u/0/ ), or PM me.

Thanks!,

While this is not 100% solid, any investment will go to the following:

$1000 for marketing
$1000 cash reserve
$1000 legal retainer

I aim to be in business before December.

Would you consider partnership?
