Retail Professional Seeking A Partner / Investor - Excellent ROI and Growth Potential

Okay...I am still looking for a partner / investor who wants to build something for the future. I have everything I need to start this business except the funds. I have the business plan, the skills and the passion. It is a huge market that has yet to be properly tapped and it covers nearly all age groups. I am looking for $75-100,000 to get the first store up and running, followed by a second location next year and eventually more than 25 by 2022. The plan includes in store tournaments, community outreach and even charity events. Board games have grown in sales every year since 1984, including through all of the ups and downs of the economy and are poised to reach 4.6 billion dollars in revenue this year.

If you have the money to invest, or can raise the money for the project please contact me.

After the second store is open, we will begin the production of our own lines of games. I currently have 3 designs ready to go to production with an additional 5-10 in development, including one title which may be a "game changer" in the board game industry. I am serious about this, so please do not contact me unless you are as well. You DO NOT have to be local for this partnership to work, I am located in Pittsburgh.

If you are at all interested, please email me directly at gameknight.eric@yahoo.com and we can talk. I am 100% committed to this project and to it's success, I simply do not have access to the money that is needed to make it a reality.

Even if you do not understand the board games business, this is still an excellent investment. There are customers out there, and we will offer a unique and exciting environment for them to enjoy their passion for gaming. This will be a place for families as well and we will also be an excellent neighbor in our community, supporting charities and other worthy causes.

Please contact me if you at all interested.

This is not just a plan to build a board game store, but to start the first truly successful nationwide retailer of board games and gaming accessories. There is a market out there for the product, there is a niche that needs to be filled...it just need the right people to get it done. I simply need a partner/investor who can invest the monies needed or has the ability to obtain the funds.

Please contact me if you can help.

GameKnight stores will be more than just a place to buy games, it will be a place where people who love games can get together to play in tournaments or simply for fun...the store will be a social gathering point for game players and the friends. We will also become an active community supporter with special events and donations to worthy causes.

We will also focus on hiring Veterans and those with disabilities.

Please contact me if you can help me find the money to get this business off the ground.

The concept is very strong, the market is there and the economy is beginning to turn around which makes this the ideal time to get this project rolling. The margins are high (in excess of 50% on most items) and the opportunity to sell add-ons (tournaments / expansions) is exceptional. I just need a partner who can provide the funds needs to get this business off the ground.

Please contact me at gameknight.eric@yahoo.com if you are interested!

The folks at beyondbreakeven.net in Tampa may be of assistance. I am working with them and they are sharp.

I have been in retail for more then 25 years with a variety of different companies. I have seem, the good, the bad and the ugly...which really means that I know the pitfalls to avoid and the idea that can help take a retail business to the next level.

I simply need someone to partner with me who can provide, or has access to the funding that is required to get things rolling.

I am not here to take home a million dollars a year salary, but simply to do something that I love and to build something that means something! If you can help, please contact me at gameknight.eric@yahoo.com.

I really just need a break. I have everything I need to get this rolling, just not the money. I know this can be successful and I will be able to repay any investment within 3-4 years. I know that some may see this as a long shot, but I think my plan will show that it is in fact a solid investment.

If you can help, please contact me at gameknight.eric@yahoo.com.

Take a look at EarlyShares.com. They should be up and running within the next 90 days as soon as the Senate passes the crowdfunding bill.

Board game sales have increased every year since 1982, even during lean years with economic downturns. Competition is relatively low and even non existence in some areas. Our stores will become an important partner in the community they serve which can only help our sales and exposure. I am in search of the funding to get the first location open. You can be a hands on or hands off investor, that is totally up to you.

If you can help, please contact me at gameknight.eric@yahoo.com.

Honestly, I think apps are taking the place of traditional board games. For just 99 cents for many apps, I can play online with friends and at my own pace for games like draw something and words with friends.

It's not the same, and yes things always change, but there is no substitute for the "tactile feel" of a game as well as the "real" social interaction of a person in the same room as you...but thanks for the comment.
