I am looking for an experienced Agent to assist me in the buying, and selling of investment properties through simultaneous close.Choice deals will be 3/2 SFR in a residential area at 30% below FMV, preferably with light to no rehab, and 40% if REO. Purchase price must be well below comparable properties that have sold in the same neighborhood in the last 4 to 6mos. If you specialize in creative means of acquiring real estate and have cash investors willing to acquire properties at a discount, please give me a call. I would also like to discuss what you offer in further detail. Thanks for your time and consideration.
