1. You have to revamp your site will good keyword and using keyword you have to make content.
2.Proper image you have to use with proper nomenclature.

Foreclosure.com already does this. What makes you better ? Your target market is waaay off. Just because the population is 300 million, that's not your customer base. You need to do more research on your demographic.

How do you plan to offer the same level of quality as foreclosure.com (your largest competitor) yet at a cheaper price?. If having a lower price is your only angle, your in a losing battle.
