So what's in it for the partner should he or she joins you? What do you offer? Profit share? Salary or benefits?

Do you have budget for SEO or any budget at all for further site development? For this project?

Regarding domain, either use usaforeclosure or americanforeclosures and just redirect the other...so your business is spelled out in the link unlike ifl2.

The partner would start at 30% ownership and profits increasing with involvement in the business.Could be part time if they wish. Partner would share in percentage of profit a to ownership. As far as expenses the only major expenses is the domain, server and membership transaction fees. Unless we go into the mail order aspect of the foreclosure CD. Looking at the site, I think it seriously needs a completely new design - to have personality and appear credible. I suggest this should be done first before anything else. Trust me on this. Do you have a small budget for this?
