This new restaurant is a spin off of a 32 year old, award winning, 2nd generation BBQ restaurant. I have over a decade of ownership experience with 25 years of overall restaurant experience behind me. The concept, name, award winning recipes, and $40,000 in kitchen equipment are all in hand, now we just need the capitol. We are in Pinellas county FL, which is the most densely populated county in FL making it a great place to start this next generation bbq chain. Any serious investors out there? We are looking at an initial investment of about $500,000 to get this full service restaurant open and at least another $500,000 in reserves for operating costs. I would prefer to find someone who could commit to at least 5 restaurants over the next 3-4 years, however any serious investors at any level are appreciated.
