Realizing I need a sales/marketing partner for my interactive company in MN. Where do I find somebody to take the reigns and get it done?

I develop web solutions for companies, but also develop my company's own web-based services. I have zero luck trying to market and sell these services to their potential. After years of seeing these services not go on their own, I am realizing it needs a specialist to market and sell. How can I find a partner to finally take these on as their own and make us both the income that should be made from them? There is no reason I should still have to work a full time job when I have a company with so much possibility...with the right sales/marketing person.

you may want to consider putting a "free ad" in local Craigslist for a freelancer
