We are seeking to find a personal investor to help us start a game room/coffee house in our home town of 1700.We are seeking 15,000 to start this adventure with the right person and or firm who is willing to make this dream come true. Our question is how can we find a firm or investor who is legal and really wanting to us without scam us?

You may wish to check out your State funding, particular the Main Street Program - fund designated for the economic and social local development. Also there are Foundations that support youth development and they be worth exploring as well.
