Private Investors Lending To Small Businesses

Ever since the mortgage industry melt-down, and the bank bail-out, I have been searching all over the country for Private Investors that are actually lending to Small Businesses. Prior to the "Great Recession" I successfully credit analyzed, packaged and closed over $50 million in SBA (Small Business Administration) funding for corporate clients, and over $20 million in unsecured lines of credit. As an entrepreneur I also raised over $9 million for my businesses. Then the banks stopped lending and everything came to a screeching halt. Now I am proud to announce that I have finally found Private Investors that are lending to small businesses!!

These are the People with the money and the expertise to Fund Businesses in Start-Up or Expansion Phases. These Private Investors will take Equity in your Business in exchange for Financing and Managerial Support. Funding Amounts range from $25,000 to $1 Million for Start-Ups, and can go up to $10 Million for Growth and Expansion.

If you have a Business or want to start a Business - This is your chance to do it regardless of your Personal Credit (It would be a mistake to ignore the value of having excellent personal and business credit when credit can be such a key to your long term success)-if your Business Model makes sense and you have the Drive and Determination - You can do it!

I just started my own business and currently have everything i own into it. I have personal credit issues that are keeping me from getting the funding I need to continue to stay open. I have 17 years experience in the business I have started and truly believe that it could work with the funding I currently need.

NEW BREAK-THROUGH FOR START-UP LOANS AND EQUITY INVESTMENTS revised 4-015-2010

A new form of company and a change in IRS regulations will likely open up funding for business start-ups and grow-ups. The type of legal entity is called a "L3C" which is a limited liability company or LLC. They are also called, "social benefit entrepreneurial enterprises" (SBEE). Thus far, Vermont and Michigan have adopted laws which permit the formation of the L3C and similar legislation is pending in several other states as bi-partisan measures. The key is that the L3C is formed for the purpose of social benefits – defined by 501.c.3 laws. Profit cannot be the main purpose, but the law does not prohibit profit distribution to the members of the LLC (which for tax purposes is usually treated as a business partnership). To learn about Social Benefit Investment Exchange (in formation), please visit: Social Benefit Investment Exchange of America, L3C LLC at: http://sbic.wetpaint.com.
Thanks,
Jim Miller

Hello Larry, most plans take months to fund and evolve dozens of contacts to find just the right mix of money, talent, valuation, and timing. I see over 100,000 angel investors funding 50,000 companies per year with first or later stage rounds of investments between $0.3 and $1 million. I personally have succeeded in obtaining angel funding for three businesses that I founded. I am confidant that my experience and resources will help any entrepreneur, that has a fundable company, accomplish their funding goals. I need to see your executive summary. You can email to info@garyoshelton.com. See You At The Top! Gary O. Shelton

Hello Patti, I started my first business 37 years ago and personal credit problems complicated my funding needs. YOUR CREDIT SCORE: Those three little numbers can have a six-digit impact on your life. Through the school-of-hard-knocks I learned to be an expert in solving credit problems. Subsequently, I raised over $12 million for businesses that I founded. Today I teach entrepreneurs to use many of the same techniques, that I have used, enabling them to boost their personal credit scores to over 720. To help me get valuable information to borrowers I started the facebook group "Tips For Boosting Your Credit Score" and I am launching a blog at www.garyoshelton.com.

Hello Jafar, most entrepreneurs don't have a lot of experience with the art of getting a business funded. So join the club. However, you can benefit by being mentored by an entrepreneur that has founded three businesses that were funded by angel investors. Ironically one of my businesses only service was designing websites. Today I own an Internet protocol television and radio network located on the Web at http://www.trntv.com that provides "New Media" services to clients that also includes website design. To determine how I can help you I would need to know more about your business. If you have an executive summary please email it to info@garyoshelton.com or call me at 213-858-6612.
