What's the best way to keep interns happy?

How do I make sure our interns are happy and feel like part of the team? I don't want to discover they're disgruntled when I see angry tweets about us :) :) :)

I'm guessing that your interns will probably be Gen Yers (people born between 1980 and 2000). This blog post from Rosetta Thurman, "36 Facts About Generation Y" is a quick snapshot of what this age group values and what they respond to. And they will tweet about you if you do them wrong!
