Unless your company is exceptionally complicated, you definitely do not need an accountant to review your financials. I review financial projections all the time, for start-ups and 20 year old businesses alike. If you would like to talk, you can reach me through my website or Partnerup.

Andrew I visited your site. If I may I'd like to ask you a couple of questions #1 Why do you feel I won't need a anyone to review my BP? Even if someone else did it? When I had my BP vetted the person suggested I have it reviewed. #2 I believe I need a good presentation for an Investor, would you be able to provide me with one? This is start-up and for An Assisted Living facility. 10,000sq commercial building. I can be reached @ homeoftheheart6@aol.com. Thanking you in advance.

Hi Georgia,

What I meant was you probably do not need to have your financial projections reviewed by an accountant. Most CPAs charge $200- $300 an hour. A good business consultant can usually provide the feedback you need, at a lower rate, typically $100 - $150 per hour.

I am just trying to save you some money. But I am just guessing since it really depends on the size of the project and the type of financing. For any large project you should always get an accountant involved. But for smaller ones, it is often not necessary.

I will email you and we can talk off-line.

Andrew
