We work with companies in one of two ways: 1) on a retained basis to fill executive positions in IT, Finance or Operations or 2) as a niche vendor to work on a contingent basis for all of your senior level positions in one of or all of the aforementioned areas. | Position Information | The purpose of this person is to help make ExecuSource a pure executive search firm. Moving forward we will only work on a retained basis. We already have clients in financial services and pharmaceutical industries so we want someone that could help us continue to build-out in those areas. If the person had any interactive or media experience that would be excellent!
We want someone who has sales experience from a known entity, Korn/Ferry, Heidrick & Struggles or Spencer Stuart for example. This person should be located in NY or close enough to NY that they could call on and see clients in NY easily and attend weekly in-house meetings in NYC. This person will work hand-in-hand with the CEO to develop presentations for each of the 3 verticals we service, Financial, Life Sciences and Interactive. This person will develop the sales strategy to attain new business. |
