Formerly the CEO and President of Chimes International Ltd., Terry Allen Perl recently completed his tenure with the organization, which provides a wide array of services to people with disabilities and special needs. For 40 years, Mr. Perl provided leadership for the international nonprofit, beginning as the Director of Adult and Residential Programs in 1971 and advancing to the top of the organization. Under his direction, Chimes was recognized as an outstanding organization in Maryland by the presentation of a U.S. Senate Productivity Award. Honored in the Congressional Record during his tenure as President and CEO, Mr. Perl was also chosen one of the top 100 CEOs by the publication SmartCEO in 2009.
