Gary Fournier

Summary

Managing Director Gary R. Fournier has been involved in wealth management at JPMorgan Chase & Co. for the past three years, continuing the same responsibilities he held with Bear Stearns Companies, Inc. before it was taken over by JPMorgan Chase in 2008. After receiving his MBA, Mr. Fournier began his career managing the Los Angeles, California, office of White Weld & Co. Engaged as one of the firm’s youngest partners, he left in 1978 when White Weld was sold to Merrill Lynch.

From 1978 to 1993, Gary R. Fournier worked at Kidder Peabody & Co., ultimately becoming a Partner and playing a prominent role in several transactions, including the over-the-shelf registration of Maxicare Health Plans, Inc. He also handled the hedging transactions
