I enjoy new and creative approaches to old ideas. I was a project manager and buyer for flipping homes in southern Cal. I have been self motivated and self employed most of my life. Currently I am working on a ground breaking site in the buying and selling industry on the net. I wouldn't mind an energetic partner to help in creating one of the soon to be largest trade sites in the world. I do my homework and I have passion for what I do!. My ultimate dream is to create a business like atmosphere like the Google corp. for my future employees. I am interested in purchasing property for constuction in the future etc. I love what I am working on and have vision which I believe is the right formula for success.
