My accademic background includes a law degree from Stetson University, cum laude,a masters in real estate development Columbia U., and an economics degree, cum laude from Duke University. 20 years business experience. My experience includes commercial real estate appraisal, real estate lending, real estate brokerage, real estate asset managment with two major life insurance companies, and real estate construction/renovations. I am looking for an entrepeneurial venture that is a good business opportunity. I am tired of working for someone merely as an employee. Although my past experience is in real estate/finance, I am open to exploring other areas, providing there is a good long term opportunity.
