I own 95 acres freehold ocean front property in Fiji. With two partners from Vancouver, we are looking to develop an eco-resort/retirement haven. We would like to include at least one more hands-on partner, ideally one at or near retirement to share development and part management of the resort. The land is a former rice plantation and our plans involve creating a central lagoon which will become the focal point of boating, both off-shore and inland, trail activities, water sports, cultural exposure and relaxation. Property is bought and paid for. There are no property taxes or building codes.
